Pricing
All prices are quoted net FOB Scottsdale, AZ. All prices are
shown in U.S. currency. Prices are subject to change at any
time without prior notice. You will be notified of any price
change at time of order or upon notice given to GermanMart,
Ltd., but prior to billing. Prices do not include shipping
and handling unless specifically noted.
When
will you charge my credit
card ?
Beer Steins International accepts
all major credit cards as payment option. Currently
accepted credit cards are :

Beer Steins International we don't think you should pay
for your order until it is actually shipped. We will not
charge your credit card, until your products, including
backordered or preordered items, are actually shipped.
To avoid unnecessary delays, Beer Steins International
will perform real-time address verification when you place
your order. This address verification will protect you
from fraud and assures that the billing address and or
shipping address matches the information on your credit
card. If you experience problems placing a order, please
double check the billing address and make sure the provided
information exactly matches the information on your credit
card bill. Using this Address Verification System (AVS)
does not mean your credit card is being charged.
Please
be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone
number--the address and phone number your credit card
company has on file for you. Incorrect information may
cause a delay in processing your order and your order
might be completely rejected by our system. If you experience

at 1-888-204-0935. Payment
Acceptable forms of payment are limited to certified or cashier
check, money order, wire transfer, VISA, MasterCard, Discover
and American Express. Personal checks will be accepted
as payment only after the funds have cleared (approx. 10
days) and been transferred into GermanMart's account. All
merchandise remains the property of GermanMart, Ltd. until
payment is finalized. Deposits are required for special
order or custom order items. Special conditions apply to
custom and special orders of 100 or more items.
Do
I have to pay sales tax ?
Beer
Steins International charges sales tax for orders shipped
within Arizona. If you place an order to be shipped within
Arizona, your checkout summary will automatically show
the appropriate sales tax.
We will gladly credit sales tax for government institutions or tax exempt organizations.
Just fax us (480-860-2961) a copy of your tax-exemption form with an address
matching your order's billing or shipping address. Please include a copy of your
invoice.
Shipping
All items will be shipped UPS Ground unless prohibited by
size or weight, in which case a motor freight or air carrier
will be used. Expedited shipping is available at additional
cost upon request. Order Processing
Orders received online will be typically processed within 24h – 48h.
Mail or fax orders can take up to 5 days for processing.
If you pay by non certified funds (e.g. personal checks or
company check) your order will be placed on a mandatory 10
day hold or until funds are cleared.
Backordered Items
If any of the items you ordered is on backorder, you will
receive an additional e-mail or mail notification after
you place your order informing you about backordered items
and the estimated ship date. If you order multiple items
and one or more of the items are on backorder, your complete
order will be placed on hold until all items are available
for shipping. You may at your option request a ship ahead
to ship available items as soon as possible (additional
shipping charges will apply). Due to the nature of our
business and the origin of our products, backordered items
can take 10-12 weeks before they are shipped.
Order Cancellation
Orders for any non-special or custom order item can be cancelled
at any time before the item is shipped, Once the item is
shipped, you have to follow our return policy to return
the item. Orders containing any special or custom order
items can not be cancelled after the items are in production
unless otherwise stated.
What
if I don't like what I bought ?
We are
trying our best to make your shopping experience an enjoyment.
Even though we are trying to provide
as much information as possible about our merchandise and their
origin, we are aware that a picture might let a product appear
somewhat different from its tangible reality. If you ordered
a product and you are not satisfied,
will gladly take the item back and refund the purchase price
less shipping and handling fees (only if the product is in
original condition, unused and returned within 12 days of the
invoice date) no questions asked (please read Return instructions
for detailed
information).
Returns
GermanMart, Ltd. will not accept unauthorized returns. If
you need to return an item, please contact our customer
service prior to doing so. If conditions for product return
as stated below are met, we will issue you a return authorization
number (RMA) that must be clearly marked on your return
package. With the exception of returns caused by our error,
shipping costs for returned items will be buyer's responsibility.
No return will be accepted without invoice number or date
of sale. To receive a refund or credit, returned items
must be in original packaging, unused, in original condition
and received by GermanMart, Ltd. within 10 days of the
RMA issue date. Items will be inspected prior to issuance
of any refund or credit.
Special order and custom order items cannot be returned unless
they are defective (all orders with more than 10 identical
items are considered special orders !).
Products must be returned within 12 days of receipt for a
refund or replacement. Any merchandise returned after 12
days of receipt is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Special
order items may only be returned for replacement and not
for any refund (if a product becomes unavailable, GermanMart,
Ltd. will issue a refund). In order to receive full credit,
your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All
items must be in "as-new" condition, in original
packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture
of your credit. There will be a $15.00 re-boxing fee for
products returned in a damaged box. Defective items have
to be reported within five days after receipt and may be
returned for a same-item exchange only.
How do I return Merchandise
?
Before returning
any item, you must contact our customer service department
within twelve days of your invoice date for a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number at sales@beersteinsinternational.com.
No returns, of any type, will be accepted without a valid
RMA number. The following information is required: order
confirmation number, or customer PO number from the packing
slip. Product description or product SKU number customer
name. Reason for return (defective, DOA, non-defective, other)
refund or a replacement? Customer email address. The RMA
number must be written on the outside of the shipping package.
We recommend that you return your item with delivery confirmation
and insured, as GermanMart, Ltd. cannot be held responsible
for any lost items or items damaged during return shippment.

do I send my return?

with your RMA number you will receive detailed
instructions on where to return your package. If

Damaged Items
GermanMart, Ltd. and its suppliers deliver merchandise to
carriers properly protected and packaged. If a package
appears damaged when you receive it, indicate the condition
of the package (i.e., specific damage) on your receipt
from the carrier along with your signature. If damage is
discovered after opening the package, contact GermanMart,
Ltd. customer service immediately. The customer must file
any damage claims with GermanMart, Ltd. within 5 days of
item receipt. The customer has to retain all original packaging
and keep the damaged item available for inspection by UPS,
3rd party or GermanMart, Ltd. All damage claims with the
carrier will be handled through GermanMart, Ltd. Failure
to report any damage within the 5 day period will result
in claim rejection. GermanMart, Ltd. can not be held responsible
for any damage claim not reported within the 5 day time
limit. Customer understands that GermanMart, Ltd. WILL
NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES OR FOR LOSS, INCONVENIENCE, DAMAGE OR EXPENSE DIRECTLY
OR INDIRECTLY ARISING FROM SHIPPING DAMAGE,THE USE (OR
INABILITY TO USE), OR A THIRD PARTY'S UNAUTHORIZED USE,
OF ANY PRODUCT OR ITS COMPONENTS, EITHER SEPARATELY OR
IN COMBINATION WITH OTHER ITEMS, OR FOR COMMERCIAL LOSS
OF ANY KIND, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER GermanMart, Ltd. HAD
BEEN ADVISED OF SUCH POSSIBILITY. Warranty
Any warranties on products sold by GermanMart, Ltd. are those
made by the manufacturer. Customer understands that ANY
AND ALL WARRANTIES ARE VOIDED IF ANY PRODUCT DEFECT HAS
BEEN CAUSED IN WHOLE OR IN PART BY NEGLIGENCE, IMPROPER
INSTALLATION, LACK OF PROPER MAINTENANCE, ABUSE, MISUSE,
ACCIDENT, FLOOD OR FIRE. Customer understands that THERE
IS NO WARRANTY WHATSOEVER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ON ANY ITEMS
USED IN PURPOSES OTHER THAN FOR WHICH THEY WERE INTENDED.
Customer agrees to notify GermanMart, Ltd. immediately
upon discovery of any product defect. Customer understands
that defective items must be returned for replacement in
accordance with GermanMart’s return policy and at
Customer expense. GermanMart, Ltd. will replace all defective
items that meet return/replacement requirements. Customer
understands that GermanMart, Ltd. WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR
ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR FOR
LOSS, INCONVENIENCE, DAMAGE OR EXPENSE DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY
ARISING FROM THE USE (OR INABILITY TO USE), OR A THIRD
PARTY'S UNAUTHORIZED USE, OF ANY PRODUCT OR ITS COMPONENTS,
EITHER SEPARATELY OR IN COMBINATION WITH OTHER ITEMS, OR
FOR COMMERCIAL LOSS OF ANY KIND, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER
GermanMart, Ltd. HAD BEEN ADVISED OF SUCH POSSIBILITY.
All consignment Sales Are FINAL
Unless otherwise noted, all consigned items offered for sale
shall be sold in "as is" condition, carry no
warranty whatsoever, expressed or implied, and are excluded
from exchange.
Choice of Law
All terms and conditions of all transactions shall be governed
by the laws of the State of Arizona. No legal proceeding
pertaining to any matter arising under or growing out of
this transaction shall be instituted in any state other
than Arizona. Any legal proceeding with respect to this
Agreement shall be filed in the appropriate Court in Maricopa
County, Arizona.
