Return Merchandise
In order to return merchandise you have to request a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number first. To request a RMA number, please contact Beersteins Internatinal via e-mail at sales@beersteinsinternational.com and provide the following information : 1. your name and phone number 2. your order number 3. the item number (SKU) you would like to return 4. The reason for your return 5. If you return for refund or replacement As soon as we receive your information we will contact you with detailed return instructions. If your item was damaged during transport, please retain the original packing. For more information please visit our policy section !
