This Beer Stein is designed as a 3D stein resembling the shape of a woman top in a traditional "Dirndl". The Dirndl is the traditional outfit worn at the Munich Octoberfest. The center panel holds decal depicting the Munich City Coat of Arms. The stein is topped an ornate, hand attached 100% lead free pewter lid. This beer stein holds 0.25 Liter (approx. 8.5oz), is approx. 5.75" tall and is hand-painted with a ceramic glaze in a multi-color schema on a beige background. Glaze is applied using multiple firing processes where the stein is fired for each individual color, creating a glass-like smooth and colored surface. This German Beer Stein is 100% food safe and can be used to consume beverages. Due to the thick and high quality material, the stein can be placed in the freezer prior to usage and will keep your beverages cool for a long time. Authentic German Beer Mug, produced by King-Werke in Germany. King, opened in 1949 in Germany, is one of the last remaining original stein factories which manufactures beer steins in accordance with century old traditions.
